Kathie is a seasoned registered nurse and healthcare leader with extensive experience in strategic planning, clinical informatics, and regulatory program management. She has a proven track record of guiding organizations through successful EHR implementations, helping numerous health systems achieve HIMSS Analytics EMRAM Levels 6 and 7, earn Davies Awards, and meet Promoting Interoperability requirements.

Since 2011, she has led healthcare organizations through major regulatory transitions, including Meaningful Use, MIPS, and today’s Interoperability and Information Blocking rules. Her passion for bridging clinical care and health IT drives her mission to improve patient outcomes, optimize workflows, and support long-term organizational growth.
